IWRA to bridge science and policy at 16th congress

Since 1973, IWRA has organized the World Water Congress every three years aiming to provide a meeting place, promote discussion and present new research.

Special Event

In 2017, the overall theme is bridging science and policy and the conference will catalyze cooperation and focus on problem solving in the light of the Sustainable Development Goals.

The congress is held from May 29 to June 3, 2017.

Summary

IWRA is a  partner of UN-Water and a non-profit, non-governmental, educational organisation established in 1971. It provides a global, knowledge based forum for bridging disciplines and geographies by connecting professionals, students, individuals, corporations and  institutions who are concerned with the sustainable use of the world’s water resources.
