Public dialogue on SDG 6 Synthesis Report 2018 on Water and Sanitation

To provide Member States with the global status on the progress on SDG 6, UN-Water has produced the SDG 6 Synthesis Report 2018 on Water and Sanitation. The SDG 6 Synthesis Report represents a joint position from the UN family on the global status on SDG 6 and other water-related targets. The report also explores the linkages within SDG 6 targets and the interlinkages between SDG 6 and the other targets and indicators.
At its last Meeting in Rome, UN-Water decided to initiate a Public Dialogue on the SDG 6 Synthesis Report 2018 starting at the Briefing to UN Permanent Missions in New York.

The briefing took place in New York on Wednesday 2 May and marked the start of the Public Dialogue which will be open during six months for feedback and discussions.
