Invitation to test new SDG 6 Data Portal

One of UN-Water’s key objectives is to provide coherent and reliable data and information on key water trends and management issues. During past decades, several initiatives, mechanisms and programmes, both within and outside the United Nations family, have been collecting information on the various components of the water cycle.

One of the flagship products of the UN-Water Integrated Monitoring Initiative is the SDG 6 Data Portal, which gathers data on all the SDG 6 global indicators, as well as other key social, economic and environmental data. The portal will be launched later this year.

To ensure that the portal correctly and comprehensively presents the latest data on SDG 6 global indicators, and to identify and eliminate any technical problems or data issues, we are inviting future users to test the portal. The testing opens on Tuesday 2 April and closes on Monday 15 April, and any future user is welcome to participate.

You can access the test here.
